Old Treated Deck…
This deck was made with pressure treated wood and needed yearly maintenance to keep it functional.
…to a NEW Azek Deck
This deck was enlarged and designed with room for a hot tub. The Aztek decking eliminated splinters and yearly staining/sealing of the wood.
OLD Hot Tub…
The corners of the hot tub were missing and the sides deteriorating.
…to NEW Mahogany Sides
Replacing all of the sides and corners with mahogany that was stained and sealed to last a lifetime.
NO Front Porch…
With Snow filling the front yard this customer was looking forward to a new front porch for summertime.

Old Pressure Treated Porch…
This porch had pressure treated decking, stairs and railings. Typical builder products that require lots of time and money to maintain. Let's see what low maintenance looks like...

This porch was remodeled with Gossen tongue and groove pvc porch boards; columns were 6"x6" fiberglass. The custom designed porch skirt was made with Palight pvc trim boards.
Old 1950’s Bath…
A bathroom everyone is familiar with; pink tile and a funky colored floor. Time for a change.
…to a NEW Remodeled Bath
This bathroom remodel was down to the studs; everything was done over and that includes a heated tile floor and a timed exhaust fan that shuts off 10 min. after you leave. The cast iron tub actually stayed in place and was re-glazed.
